Omoyemi received his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry from the Federal University of Technology Akure in 2019. He then pursued his Master's degree in Chemical and Process Engineering with a specialization in Advanced Chemical Engineering and Nanotechnology at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Poland, graduating in 2023. In December 2023, he joined the Wu Lab, where his current research focuses on understanding the role of RNA-binding proteins in the cell. In his free time, he likes to play and watch soccer.

Tien G. Pham received her Bachelor of Science of Chemistry from University of Delaware, US in 2023. She joined Wu lab on December 2023. Her current research interest focuses on developing & applying RNA imaging technology to understand the function of non-coding RNA. Her hobbies are dancing, music, cooking and eating.

Maeve is a Junior pursuing Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology along with Pre-med track. She joined Wu lab in Spring 2024. Her research interest is related to fluorescence imaging of RNAs. In her free time, she loves attending musical, volunteering, and playing pool with her friends.

Jake is a Freshman in Honors College double majoring in Biochemistry and Chemistry along with Pre-med track. He joined Wu lab in Spring 2024. His research interest is related to treatment of diseases using different RNA therapeutics. His future goal is hoping to specialize in neuro-oncology and memory disorders. His hobbies are skiing, exercising, reading, watching TV, music, and spending time with family and friends.
